Run only for women

At the turn of 2015 and 2016, our client – the developer Budlex – asked us for an idea for the promotion of his new investment: the building Nad Starym Kanalem in Bydgoszcz. The result of the brainstorming that we organized in the agency was a proposal to organize a run only for women – along the Old Bydgoszcz Canal, with a route next to the client’s investment under construction and with its name in the title of the run.

The scope of the agency’s tasks included the comprehensive organization of the run:

• Getting sponsors

• obtaining all consents and formalities related to the organization of the event

• creating a website with an interface for enrollment: www.runbudlex.pl

• promotion of the run in the media and the Internet

• organization of press conferences

• marking and securing the route

• organization of professional timing

• technical service of the run – technicians, volunteers, security staff, medics, etc.

• design and production of medals

• organization of prizes and award ceremonies

The first edition of the run, organized in 2016, gathered over 300 ladies from the region at the finish line. The client was positively surprised by this high turnout, as well as the originality of the idea – it is the only such run in the region. That is why in 2017 and 18 he commissioned us to organize the run, as well as to organize a separate edition in 2019 in Olsztyn, where his next investment is being built.
