For the Lech Walesa Airport in Madrid, we prepared an intimate event addressed to the Spanish tourism industry. “Hola Gdańsk!” was to support the development of business relations on the Spanish market and the promotion of direct connections between Madrid and Gdańsk.
We were responsible for the project from concept to on-site service: event production, visual identification and graphic materials, recruitment of representatives of travel agencies, tour operators and industry media, logistics and communication. The formula of the business breakfast created conditions for direct conversations, thanks to which the small scale of the event became its advantage.
