On October 29–30, 2025, Budapest hosted one of the key events for the duty-free and travel retail industry in Central and Eastern Europe – the CEETRA Travel Retail Forum. Green House Agency was responsible for the comprehensive production and staging of the event, executing it on behalf of the Central and Eastern European Travel Retail Association (CEETRA).

A Strategic Event

The Forum gathered representatives from airports, travel retail operators, international brands, and industry experts. Over the two days, participants discussed changes in consumer behavior, the development of the airport as a standalone brand, and new standards in accessibility, digitalization, and retail space design.

The event combined substantive content with networking opportunities. In addition to the conference sessions, the program also featured a Danube cruise and an opening dinner at the TwentySix restaurant. The main sessions took place at the Marriott Hotel, in the center of Budapest.

Green House’s Scope of Work

Green House was responsible for the full production of the event, including:

  • production of the event’s dedicated website (trf.ceetra.org),
  • technical organization and coordination,
  • visual design and graphic identity,
  • communication and information material support,
  • preparation of event scenarios and execution,
  • photographic documentation.

The CEETRA Travel Retail Forum is an example of an event that combines high substantive value with a precisely designed participant experience. We are pleased to have been responsible for its execution.
