Polish Film Institute Awards Gala

This commission was not the first from the National Film Institute in Warsaw, but it was extremely prestigious. It concerned the organization of the Polish Film Institute’s award ceremony as part of the 43. Gdynia Film Festival. A large event, for 250 people, and with an artistic part and invited guests who often appear on the covers of colorful magazines.

The scope of our activities in this order included:

• cooperation in the creation of an artistic program;

• arrangement of the selected room;

• providing catering for 250 guests;

• room staff, including hostesses;

• stage design, including installations of spectacular frameless screens;

• installation of lighting and sound system for the room

• design and printing of invitations

• design of graphics displayed during the event

Although it was the 11th Polish Film Institute Awards Gala, it was the first time we organized it. The ceremony went according to plan, without any surprises and to the satisfaction of the client. The artistic part, which was supervised by the composer and arranger Piotr Salaber with us, will be particularly memorable. The gala itself was attended by, m.in: Maja Bohosiewicz, Sebastian Fabiański, Maria Sadowska, Andrzej Pągowski, Grażyna Błęcka-Kolska and Monika Dryl.
