On November 25–26, 2025, the marketing agency Green House, owner of the VisitSlovenia.pl portal, once again organized the largest event in Poland dedicated to promoting Slovenia – RoadShow Slovenia. The meetings took place in Katowice and Wrocław, gathering nearly 200 participants from the tourism industry. This year’s edition confirmed the growing interest in this destination, among both tour operators and individual clients.

Nearly 30 partners from across Slovenia – representatives of hotels, regions, attractions, and carriers – presented their offerings for the 2025/2026 season. Particular emphasis was placed on presentations of thermal resorts from the northeastern part of the country and winter offers, including skiing proposals. Participants appreciated the opportunity for direct discussions with partners, which provides a solid foundation for developing and updating travel offers.

Planica 2026 and a Special Moment for Winter Sports Fans

One of the key points of the program was the preparations for the Ski Flying World Cup Finals – Planica 2026. The Kranjska Gora Region, the Slovenian Ski Association SloSki, and VisitSlovenia.pl presented an offer aimed at travel agencies and fan clubs. The upcoming edition of the competition will have a unique character – during the competition in Planica, Kamil Stoch will make his final jump of his career, which generated particular excitement among Polish participants.

The Polish agency responsible for the distribution of tickets and travel packages is Starlight Travel, which serves as the DMC for Slovenia. The event received a significant response – the number of inquiries from tour operators increased significantly. Planica 2026 is not only a sporting event but also an impetus for developing winter travel offers for organized groups and individual clients.

Katowice and Wrocław with Record Attendance

The meeting in Katowice, organized at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, gathered over 100 participants – the highest number in RoadShow history. After the networking session, the Slovenian delegation moved to Wrocław, where an integration dinner was held in the historic Piwnica Świdnicka amidst the city’s winter and festive scenery. This meeting became an opportunity not only for business discussions but also for strengthening relationships in a less formal atmosphere.

The second day of the event took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław hotel and attracted over 80 representatives from the tourism industry – not only from Lower Silesia but also from Warsaw, Wałbrzych, and Opole. Such a broad reach demonstrates that RoadShow Slovenia is today a key B2B event promoting Slovenia in Poland. This year’s edition was made possible thanks to the support of the Slovenian Tourist Board and LOT Polish Airlines, which resulted in its record-breaking results and strengthened the position of the VisitSlovenia.pl brand.
