For two days, the Polish House was one of the most dynamic and visible locations in Kranjska Gora, attracting crowds of fans from Poland and across Europe from morning to evening. The space around the PinoAlpino restaurant functioned as an open, vibrant event zone where diverse activities ran in parallel, creating a cohesive and engaging experience for participants.

From the very first hours of the event, the zone filled with fans, and the program was designed to maintain their attention throughout the day. In practice, this meant a constant presence of activities across several areas simultaneously:

Fan and brand zone: the central event location featuring animations, competitions, partner activations, and media presence.

Polish Radio Studio: live interviews, coverage, and broadcasts, including Saturday’s airing of the program “The Only Place Like This” hosted by Roman Czejarek.

Daytime activities: a continuous program engaging participants that built attendance and maintained the high energy of the venue.

On Saturday, the event’s momentum clearly increased—from morning radio broadcasts through afternoon activities to the evening climax. The square in front of PinoAlpino gradually filled with participants, creating natural anticipation before the main program.

The evening stage program drew several thousand people and was the most important moment of the entire weekend. The program began with a concert by Aleksandra Dzierżawska and her band, which set the right mood for the audience and prepared them for the event’s climax.

Program and climactic moments of the event

The most important part of the program was the meeting with Kamil Stoch, which began promptly at 7:30 PM. Crowds of fans gathered in the center of Kranjska Gora, wanting to collectively thank one of Poland’s most outstanding athletes for years of success and emotions. The meeting had an exceptionally personal and engaging character, based on direct contact with the audience.

participation of special guests, including Slovenian champion Peter Prevc,

an open format meeting with the opportunity for fans to ask questions,

direct dialogue that built an authentic relationship between the athlete and the audience.

The entire event was hosted by Igor Błachut (Eurosport) and Roman Czejarek (Polish Radio), which emphasized the significance of the event and its professional presentation. Immediately after the meeting, the stage once again became a concert space, closing the evening in an energetic and communal atmosphere.

In parallel with the open program, activities were also carried out for partners and invited guests, creating an additional layer to the project:

Networking and relationships: closed meetings in a less formal but still prestigious setting,

Partner space: brand exposure and image-building activities integrated with the event program.

This carefully designed program demonstrated that it is possible to combine a mass event for fans with a thoughtfully planned space for partners and business activities.

The agency’s role and the project’s genesis

Polish House – Poljska hiša was a fully original project, created and developed by the Green House team. From the initial idea, through strategic concept development, to on-site execution—the agency was responsible for every stage of this undertaking.

A key element was not only designing the zone itself but also building the entire project ecosystem. Green House was responsible for securing funding, building a portfolio of partners, and coordinating cooperation with media partners. This approach enabled the creation of a cohesive and stable project structure even during the preparation phase. The agency was also responsible for full operational management in a 360° format—encompassing strategy, production, communication, PR activities, and oversight of all sponsorship deliverables. As a result, the Polish House was not merely an event zone but a comprehensive marketing and image-building project executed in a demanding, international environment.

It was precisely the original character of the project and its comprehensive execution that formed the foundation of the Polish House’s success in Planica and confirmed the team’s competencies in managing multidimensional undertakings at the intersection of sports, business, and communication.

2 days – 8 months of preparation

Although the World Cup finals themselves lasted only a few days, preparations for the Polish House were a multi-month process requiring precise planning and coordination. In total, the project encompassed over 6 months of intensive work, which culminated in its full execution in Planica.

As the general organizer, Green House was responsible for developing the strategic concept, operational model, and complete financing structure and sponsorship packages. A key challenge was integrating the activities of multiple entities—from competition organizers and international federations, through nationwide media, to athlete management. The project included full control over the budget, contracting of partner services, cost oversight, and reporting summarizing the event’s execution.

As part of communication activities, a dedicated platform dompolskiplanica.pl was also launched, serving as the central source of information for fans and a space for partner exposure. The website supported information activities both before and during the event.

In summary, Green House’s scope of activities included:

Concept and partnerships: from the original idea, through securing sponsors, to building relationships with media and institutional partners.

Full-service marketing: creating a dedicated communication platform, executing online and offline campaigns, and comprehensive development of the project’s visual identity.

Logistics and production: managing event infrastructure, the attractions zone, and production of the stage and technical facilities.

Program and attractions: preparing and executing the event scenario, including concerts and key program elements such as the meeting with Kamil Stoch.

Media and communication: coordinating live coverage, cooperation with media, and managing the image of partners and sponsors.

Partnerships and Sports Diplomacy

The challenge of the Polish House in Planica project was its significant degree of organizational complexity. A key element was the effective coordination of cooperation with a wide range of institutional, commercial, and media partners—both on the Polish and Slovenian sides. Among the most important partners were Polish Ski Association, the Slovenian association SloSki, Eurosport Polska, Polish Radio, Visa, as well as Polish Tourism Organization, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ljubljana, and City of Kranjska Gora. The project was also supported by brands and media such as 4F (OTCF S.A.), All Inclusive – luxury travel magazine, visitslovenia.pl, and Starlight Travel Brand.

Each of these partnerships required an individual approach—from formal arrangements, through schedule synchronization, to integration of communication and sponsorship activities. Ensuring message consistency and proper exposure of all partners within the dynamic framework of an international-level sporting event was crucial. Thanks to such an extensive cooperation network, the Polish House became more than an event project. It was a tool of modern sports diplomacy and territorial marketing, strengthening relations between Poland and Slovenia and demonstrating how sports can effectively support image-building and business activities on the international stage.

Media and project reach

One of the key elements of the Polish House was its strong media presence, which significantly increased the reach of the entire project. The event was covered by both nationwide Polish media and international channels, allowing it to reach a broad audience beyond Planica itself.

A special role was played by Polish Radio, which provided coverage of the event on two stations—Program One and Program Three. In cooperation with the Slovenian ski association, a special zone was prepared for the radio studio, located directly beneath the ski jump. It was from there that a live broadcast was aired on Saturday morning, hosted by Roman Czejarek—one of Poland’s most recognizable radio journalists.

One example is a special episode of the program available online:
Polish Radio Podcast – Planica 2026.

Information about the Polish House also appeared on Eurosport, which provided exposure in the international sports environment and reached ski jumping fans across Europe.

Complementing the media activities was intensive communication through digital channels. Live coverage, video materials, and short-form content were published in hundreds of social media posts, and after the event also in podcast format.

Project results

The Polish House in Planica achieved its intended attendance, image-building, and communication goals, becoming one of the most visible and engaging projects accompanying the World Cup finals.

The project generated broad media reach, encompassing both nationwide Polish media and international channels. Presence on Polish Radio, coverage on Eurosport, and intensive communication through digital channels and social media translated into high visibility of the event and its partners.

Attendance: several thousand participants over two days of the event.

Media reach: presence in nationwide and international media (Polish Radio, Eurosport, digital channels).

Audience engagement: high participant activity in the zone and direct participation in stage events.

Partner exposure: visible and integrated brand presence in the event space and media communication.

The Polish House became an example of successfully combining a sporting event, marketing activities, and image-building communication. The project not only attracted fans’ attention but also built a strong, positive presence for partners in an international sports context.

In March, we had the pleasure of organizing a unique event for Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport – a business breakfast titled “Hola Gdańsk!” in Madrid. This project, despite its intimate scale, demanded a comprehensive approach and meticulous attention to every detail.

Event Objective

The primary objective of the meeting was to strengthen relationships with the Spanish tourism market and promote direct flight connections between Madrid and Gdańsk. Representatives from travel agencies, tour operators, and industry media attended the event.

Our Scope of Work

As Green House, we were responsible for the full organization and coordination of the event:

comprehensive event production – from concept to on-site execution

design and preparation of graphic materials (key visual, roll-ups, event branding)

participant recruitment – inviting and managing key partners from the Spanish market

communication support before and after the event

Outcome

A space conducive to business discussions, exchange of experiences, and relationship building was created. The intimate format of the breakfast allowed for more direct contact with participants, which translated into high-quality networking during the meeting.

The event demonstrated that even smaller formats – with the right approach – can be ambitious, refined, and commercially effective.

Why Is This Important?

For our clients, we execute both large-scale event productions and smaller industry meetings. Regardless of the scale, one thing remains crucial:
a cohesive concept, professional execution, and real value for participants.

Twenty years in marketing is an entire era. When Green House Agency began its operations in 2006, the internet looked completely different, social media practically didn’t exist in company strategies, and digital marketing was just beginning to define itself. What was once a technological novelty and sparked excitement is now an obvious standard or… history.

Over these two decades, almost everything has changed: tools, communication channels, work pace, data access, and client expectations. Marketing has become a complex ecosystem where technology, analytics, creativity, and strategy must work together. And yet — despite this dynamic evolution — one thing has remained constant: our goal. For 20 years, we have been supporting companies in their pursuit of success, regardless of their size, industry, or stage of development.

It is this perspective — a bird’s-eye view of company processes, the relationship between marketing and real business objectives, and treating tools solely as a means, not an end — that has allowed us to grow with the market. Today, celebrating Green House’s 20th anniversary, we want to look back not only at our history but also at how much marketing has changed from 2006 to 2026 — and why the foundations of a good strategy still remain the same.

2006: When Marketing Looked Completely Different

The year 2006 is almost the prehistory of digital marketing today. The internet was just gaining significance as a communication channel, and websites primarily served as company business cards — simple, static, and rarely updated. Modernity was associated with Flash animations, and search engine optimization was limited to basic keywords and meta descriptions.

Social media? For most companies, it was a curiosity, not a business tool. Online campaigns did not yet have precise targeting, advanced analytics, or real-time optimization capabilities. Marketing relied heavily on experience, intuition, and creativity — data was scarce, and the pace of change was significantly slower.

At the same time, technological novelties that captivated included:

mobile phones with color displays,

digital cameras replacing film,

the first online video services,

broadband internet, which was just becoming standard.

From today’s perspective, this sounds almost nostalgic. But even then, it was clear that marketing was entering a new era — and that companies that understood this change earlier would gain a real advantage.

The Same Tools, A Completely Different Reality

Looking back over 20 years, one could say that the set of marketing tools has theoretically changed little. Websites, content, advertising, communication with recipients — all of this was present at the beginning of our journey. The difference, however, is that everything that defines these tools has changed.

A website is no longer just a business card. Today, it’s an advanced sales tool where UX, SEO, analytics, content, and technology converge. It’s the center of the marketing ecosystem, which must respond to the needs of both users and algorithms.

The same applies to online promotion. Online marketing has become an area requiring knowledge, experience, and continuous optimization. Responding to market needs, we naturally expanded our expertise to include SEO audits, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, and professional social media management. Each of these elements is no longer a separate activity — today, their interrelation and consistency are what matter.

It is this shift — from individual tools to integrated strategies — that best illustrates how much marketing has matured over the past two decades.

Data-Driven Marketing, Not Guesswork

With the development of tools, not only the scope of marketing activities but also the decision-making process has changed. Marketing, which just over a decade ago largely relied on experience and intuition, today operates in a world of data, analytics, and measurable results.

Every action — from website content and advertising campaigns to social media communication — can and should be analyzed for effectiveness. This is a huge qualitative change. On the one hand, it gives marketers precision and control; on the other, it places much higher demands on planning, optimization, and accountability for client budgets.

At Green House, we have been following this direction for years, treating data not as an end in itself, but as a tool for making better decisions. As a result, marketing ceases to be a cost and becomes real support for sales, brand image, and business development.

AI as Support, Not Replacement

Recent years have brought another revolution — the dynamic development of artificial intelligence. AI-powered tools have changed the way data is analyzed, content is created, campaigns are optimized, and marketing activities are planned. When utilized effectively, they allow for faster, more precise, and more cost-efficient operations.

At Green House, we widely leverage AI solutions because we see real value in them for our clients: better utilization of marketing budgets, faster solution testing, and more accurate strategic decisions. At the same time, we remain true to the principle that technology will never replace critical thinking.

AI is a tool for us — just like a website, an advertising campaign, or social media once were. It is human insight, experience, and the ability to take a holistic view that determine whether marketing truly works.

What Remains Unchanged

Despite enormous technological changes, one thing has remained constant for 20 years: the way we view marketing. We have always been interested in the broader context — company processes, the relationship between marketing activities and real business objectives, and long-term effects, rather than short-term ‘fireworks’.

A creative bird’s-eye view, the ability to connect seemingly disparate elements, and meticulous attention to detail are values that remain relevant regardless of changing trends. Tools change, algorithms evolve, but the need for strategic thinking remains the same.

Trust Built Over Years

One of our greatest sources of pride after 20 years of operation is our client relationships. In a marketing world that changes faster than ever before, trust is not given once and for all — it must be consistently built, project by project, decision by decision.

The fact that clients have chosen Green House for years, often return, and recommend us further, we consider the best confirmation of the quality of our work. They appreciate our professionalism, accountability, attention to detail, and ability to see projects through to completion. But above all — a partnership approach and the understanding that marketing only makes sense when it genuinely supports business objectives.

We have never believed in universal templates. Every company has a different story, different processes, and different challenges. That’s why we place such great importance on analysis, strategy, and an ‘out-of-the-box’ perspective that allows us to find solutions tailored to specific situations, rather than fleeting trends.

2026 and Beyond: Change as a Constant Landscape Feature

Looking at how much marketing has changed since 2006, one thing is certain — the coming years will bring even more transformations. New technologies, additional tools, and the growing role of automation and artificial intelligence will continue to redefine how companies communicate with the market.

We approach this with curiosity, but also with experience that teaches us to maintain a critical distance from trends. Because while tools will change, the essence of marketing will remain the same. It will still be about people, relationships, trust, and understanding audience needs. Strategic thinking and the ability to view business in a broader context will remain crucial.

After 20 years, we know one thing: marketing works best when it is well-thought-out, consistent, and subservient to goals, not the other way around.

20 Years Behind Us. The Best Projects — Ahead of Us

The twentieth anniversary of Green House Agency is a good moment for summaries, but an even better one for looking to the future. With the same commitment, curiosity about the world, and responsibility, we want to continue supporting companies in their development — regardless of their scale, industry, or the challenges they face.

We thank all clients, partners, and the team who have been and are part of this history. It is thanks to you that for 20 years, marketing has not just been a set of tools for us, but a real way to build valuable businesses.

The year 2025 brought Green House Agency many spectacular events, projects, and achievements, which we successfully showcased in our media. However, if we were to pinpoint what truly defined our work over the past twelve months, it would be the daily, systematic, and long-term marketing support for businesses. It occupied most of our time, energy, and attention — and it delivered the greatest, most stable results for our clients.

It is worth emphasizing that it was precisely the projects not immediately visible — website updates, content revisions, campaign optimizations, minor graphic adjustments, implementation of improvements, offer analysis, consultations, and daily contact — that built the foundation upon which our clients’ brands grew. These are actions that cannot be showcased in a single impressive post or event report, because they are an ongoing daily process.

Therefore, in this year-end summary, we want to talk about what doesn’t appear in event photos. About the work that requires understanding the client’s business, constant availability, many years of experience, and responsibility. About the work that enables businesses to operate more efficiently, quickly, and consciously.

Continuous Marketing Support — Real Assistance, Real Businesses, Real Results

In 2025, we continuously collaborated with, among others, a travel agency, a manufacturing company in the plastics processing industry, a B2B trading company, a surveying company, and a metal production enterprise. Although each of these industries has different dynamics, communication language, and operational specifics, they share one thing: they need a trusted partner to take over their marketing care — so they can focus on their core business.

Each of these clients required a different approach, but Green House’s role in every case was to thoroughly understand how their market operates, what processes occur within their companies, what decisions their customers make, and what communication barriers need to be overcome. This allowed us to design not only attractive materials but, above all, meaningful and effective marketing activities.

Continuous support also meant virtually daily contact. Questions, consultations, quick actions for “website uploads,” corrections, and ideas proposed on the fly — all of this requires a team that can react here and now. This is what distinguishes a long-term cooperation model from individual assignments: we stay up-to-date, we know what’s happening with clients, and we can appropriately adapt communication to their current challenges.

Why does long-term cooperation work better than individual tasks?

Understanding the Client’s Business is Half the Battle

Marketing works best when it is embedded within the context of the company and its clients. One-off projects usually do not consider this context — they are merely task execution. With continuous support, it is completely different. Regular discussions, data analysis, exposure to daily challenges, and recurring situations make us a part of the client’s team. We understand their seasonality, typical sales issues, personnel changes, and market expectations.

This allows us to create SEO content and communication that truly works, because it is not written “to a template,” but based on knowledge of real audience expectations. We understand the differences between a travel agency client, a manufacturing enterprise, and a surveying company, and this knowledge translates into better communication decisions, more relevant content, and higher campaign effectiveness.

This is why our clients say that Green House “thinks with the company” — and that is the best possible summary of our work.

Consulting that Saves Time and Money

In 2025, many companies approached our clients with proposals for collaborations, paid publications, or advertising campaigns. Thanks to our presence, clients could not only verify the validity of these offers but also avoid unnecessary expenses. We analyzed media proposals, checked actual reach, negotiated terms, and recommended solutions that made sense.

Entrepreneurs did not have to assess the quality of offers themselves — they could rely on our experience, knowledge, and analytical support. This is a huge relief that, in the long run, translates into better decisions and greater cost-effectiveness.

Marketing that Accompanies Your Company Every Day

Continuous marketing support is not about creating a few graphics and posts. It is a system of actions that support the sales process and build brand image every day. From ensuring the website is up-to-date, through preparing materials, to responding to current needs — hundreds of such actions are generated throughout the year. And these are precisely what influence how a company is perceived, how it communicates with clients, and its credibility.

Marketing “Process Management” — Invisible Work, Visible Results

One of the most frequently underestimated elements of marketing is process coordination. It is often where companies lose time, budget, and quality — because developing a brochure, ordering printing, ensuring deadlines, contacting a photographer, verifying an offer, or preparing materials are tasks that require time and experience.

In 2025, we managed both short projects for our clients (e.g., preparing a set of graphics or a brochure) and much more complex ones — such as organizing trade fair stands, coordinating materials for sales representatives, producing videos and photo shoots, or introducing new sections on websites. Each of these processes was part of a larger goal for the client: building a consistent image and strengthening sales.

Because we take responsibility for the entire process, entrepreneurs do not have to wonder who to commission printing from, how to prepare files, what to remember when publishing a campaign, or what format media will accept. We know this — and we guide them through it from start to finish.

Cost Optimization — An Advantage Companies Won’t Appreciate Until They Try It

Collaborating with an agency that serves multiple clients offers tangible financial benefits. Thanks to the scale of our operations, we can provide access to significantly better prices for printing, advertising materials, additional services, and marketing tools.

We optimize not only costs but also the process itself — by introducing solutions that save time for companies, especially manufacturing and trading businesses. Generic business cards, universal offer templates, graphic sets for communication, and ready-made sales materials ensure that even dynamic team growth does not require redesigning everything from scratch.

The result? Lower fixed costs, faster operations, greater brand consistency. This is one of the reasons why companies choose to stay with us for years — because this collaboration truly pays off.

Creativity and Technology Combined — Full Scope of Marketing Support

Content and Graphics that Drive Sales

In 2025, we prepared hundreds of materials: posts, graphics, flyers, catalogs, presentations, landing pages, service descriptions, articles, and branding materials. Their strength was not that they were aesthetically pleasing — but that they were well-thought-out. Each element was created with the audience, campaign goal, industry characteristics, and the image the company wished to build in mind.

We also created educational materials for social media, infographics, instructions, and content for internal team communication. This allowed our clients to communicate consistently both externally and internally within the organization.

Website Management

The technical support we provide is not just about engine and plugin updates. It also includes UX improvements, content expansion, SEO optimizations, performance and security enhancements, and regular backups. Such actions are invisible to the naked eye — but they are what make a website operate quickly, securely, and effectively.

Companies often lack the resources to handle this, and one-off assignments do not solve the problem long-term. Continuous support allows us to maintain the service in good condition and respond to client needs almost immediately.

Advertising Campaigns that are Truly Optimized

We managed Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring their effectiveness in terms of both budget and conversions. It is crucial for us that a campaign begins not with a “launch” click, but with an analysis of goals, audience needs, and data from previous months.

We optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis, and regular reporting allows clients to understand not only the results but also the context in which they are generated. This approach distinguishes continuous support from one-off activities.

Email Marketing — Effective, Thoughtful, Tailored

Email marketing is one of the most effective communication tools, but it only works well when properly planned. In 2025, we created complete mailing cycles for clients: from designing sign-up forms and audience segmentation, preparing newsletter content, to analyzing results and optimizing subsequent mailings.

For several companies, we developed comprehensive email communication strategies — considering sales cycles, seasonality, and their audience’s expectations. The results were very clear: greater engagement, higher open rates, and a tangible impact on the sales of services or products.

This is another example that marketing does not end with just publishing a post. It is a system that needs to be planned, implemented, and systematically developed.

Ongoing marketing support is not an expense — it’s a growth tool.

When companies opt for long-term cooperation, they often see results only after a few months — but once they do, they realize that marketing has ceased to be chaotic and has become a structured process. This changes everything. Reach expands, communication consistency increases, and most importantly — sales effectiveness improves.

The sales team receives ready-to-use tools, the business owner does not have to analyze every external proposal, and all materials are created faster with a consistent visual style. Clients gain a professional image that enables them to stand out from the competition.

This is precisely why many of our clients have been with us for years. Because systematically conducted marketing becomes a competitive advantage that cannot be replicated by a one-off campaign.

Trends 2026: Companies are moving away from single assignments, opting for comprehensive support.

The year 2025 clearly showed that entrepreneurs increasingly understand the value of ongoing marketing support. Instead of one-off materials, they prefer a partner who knows their company, understands their market, and can react to changes. This approach enables them to operate faster, more economically, and more effectively.

Marketing is becoming not an add-on, but an integral part of the business process. Just like accounting, law, or production management. The better it is managed, the better the entire organization functions.

Ongoing marketing support is a collaboration based on trust, analysis, and responsibility. Therefore, the first step is always the same: a discussion about needs, an analysis of current communication, and determining what actions can genuinely support the company.

At Green House, we combine strategic, creative, and technical competencies, which allows us to support both small service businesses and large manufacturing enterprises. If you would like to see how such cooperation could work for your company — we would be happy to discuss it.

On November 25–26, 2025, the marketing agency Green House, owner of the VisitSlovenia.pl portal, once again organized the largest event in Poland dedicated to promoting Slovenia – RoadShow Slovenia. The meetings took place in Katowice and Wrocław, gathering nearly 200 participants from the tourism industry. This year’s edition confirmed the growing interest in this destination, among both tour operators and individual clients.

Nearly 30 partners from across Slovenia – representatives of hotels, regions, attractions, and carriers – presented their offerings for the 2025/2026 season. Particular emphasis was placed on presentations of thermal resorts from the northeastern part of the country and winter offers, including skiing proposals. Participants appreciated the opportunity for direct discussions with partners, which provides a solid foundation for developing and updating travel offers.

Planica 2026 and a Special Moment for Winter Sports Fans

One of the key points of the program was the preparations for the Ski Flying World Cup Finals – Planica 2026. The Kranjska Gora Region, the Slovenian Ski Association SloSki, and VisitSlovenia.pl presented an offer aimed at travel agencies and fan clubs. The upcoming edition of the competition will have a unique character – during the competition in Planica, Kamil Stoch will make his final jump of his career, which generated particular excitement among Polish participants.

The Polish agency responsible for the distribution of tickets and travel packages is Starlight Travel, which serves as the DMC for Slovenia. Planica 2026 is not only a sporting event but also an impetus for developing winter travel offers for organized groups and individual clients.

Katowice and Wrocław with Record Attendance

The meeting in Katowice, organized at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel, gathered over 100 participants – the highest number in RoadShow history. After the networking session, the Slovenian delegation moved to Wrocław, where an integration dinner was held in the historic Piwnica Świdnicka amidst the city’s winter and festive scenery. This meeting became an opportunity not only for business discussions but also for strengthening relationships in a less formal atmosphere.

The second day of the event took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław hotel and attracted over 80 representatives from the tourism industry – not only from Lower Silesia but also from Warsaw, Wałbrzych, and Opole. Such a broad reach demonstrates that RoadShow Slovenia is today a key B2B event promoting Slovenia in Poland. This year’s edition was made possible thanks to the support of the Slovenian Tourist Board and LOT Polish Airlines, which resulted in its record-breaking results and strengthened the position of the VisitSlovenia.pl brand.

On October 29–30, 2025, Budapest hosted one of the key events for the duty-free and travel retail industry in Central and Eastern Europe – the CEETRA Travel Retail Forum. Green House Agency was responsible for the comprehensive production and staging of the event, executing it on behalf of the Central and Eastern European Travel Retail Association (CEETRA).

A Strategic Event

The Forum gathered representatives from airports, travel retail operators, international brands, and industry experts. Over the two days, participants discussed changes in consumer behavior, the development of the airport as a standalone brand, and new standards in accessibility, digitalization, and retail space design.

The event combined substantive content with networking opportunities. In addition to the conference sessions, the program also featured a Danube cruise and an opening dinner at the TwentySix restaurant. The main sessions took place at the Marriott Hotel, in the center of Budapest.

Green House’s Scope of Work

Green House was responsible for the full production of the event, including:

production of the event’s dedicated website (trf.ceetra.org),

technical organization and coordination,

visual design and graphic identity,

communication and information material support,

preparation of event scenarios and execution,

photographic documentation.

The CEETRA Travel Retail Forum is an example of an event that combines high substantive value with a precisely designed participant experience. We are pleased to have been responsible for its execution.

From Green House’s perspective, this event confirmed our competence in producing international projects with high organizational and image standards. We demonstrated that as a partner, we can support industry and business organizations not only on a logistical level but also strategically.

We’ve had a busy start to autumn, engaging in projects that showcase the broad and diverse competencies of our team – from organizing prestigious artistic events and promoting cities and regions, to developing communication strategies for international industry conferences. Discover what we have recently accomplished and how we support our clients in effective promotion.

With Music and Art on the Philharmonic Stage – Kontrasty 2025

As part of the KONTRASTY Festival, we co-created one of the most moving events of this edition – the spectacular concert “Traces of Mao,” which combined symphony, theater, and narration. Featuring Daniel Olbrychski, the Pomeranian Philharmonic Orchestra, and artists from Taiwan, this evening was not only a journey through cultures but also a celebration of Piotr Salaber’s 40 years of artistic work – whom we proudly represent as an impresario agency. It was touching, symbolic, and of the highest artistic caliber.

Our agency actively supports the promotion of Bydgoszcz as a MICE destination. In June, we co-organized an industry breakfast in Warsaw – “Immerse Yourself in Bydgoszcz!” – which attracted the attention of event, hospitality, and tourism experts from across the country. In September, we continued our efforts by organizing a study tour for the MICE industry, practically showcasing the city’s advantages. This is an example of effective territorial marketing that combines strategy with a tangible experience of the location.

International Networking – Travel Retail FORUM 2025

Green House is responsible for the comprehensive execution of the Travel Retail Forum 2025 event in Budapest – from communication to the creation and production of the event’s website. This prestigious gathering brings together leaders from the duty-free and retail market in Central and Eastern Europe, with representatives from brands, airports, and operators. Our goal was to create a space conducive to the exchange of knowledge, inspiration, and business contacts – as well as to present the forum in an attractive, modern format.

Each of these projects demonstrates our versatility – from event production and communication, to territorial promotion and international cooperation.
